Batiste Dry Shampoo For Brunettes Review!

October 13, 2013

I love the whole idea about dry shampoos. I use them frequently and having a long, thick hair, I really enjoy convenience of using this type of a product to save one more day before washing my hair (which is usually the second day). I've tried many dry shampoos in the past and my number one so far has been the one by Syoss brand (review here). I really like how it works on my hair, but the only thing I am not a fan of, is the white residue that it's hard to get rid off, even after combing my hair multiple times. When I first heard about Batiste Dry Shampoo for dark & deep brown hair I got super excited, because I thought that this product will completely resolve that problem for me!

The product worked fine on my hair, but that "hint of color", well that wasn't such a good idea for me, I think. Making long story short, after I sprayed my hair with it, waited few minutes and then combed my hair after some time, I randomly scratched my head and looked at my nails, which had dark residue behind them, which was pretty gross. Have you guys experienced anything like with dry shampoos for dark hair? This one was my first and last one haha. I think next time I will stick to the regular Batiste dry shampoo, since I've seen so many good reviews.

Summary:
Batiste Dry Shampoo works fine in general but next time I will probably skip the "hint of colour" series.

What is your favorite dry shampoo?

  1. I'm obsessed with dry shampoo but only the original one, my friend tried the blonde one and said it was horrible! I guess they're trying to change a product to make more money but original is always best!
